Yoga Therapy

An evidence based practice with a holistic approach

With over 10 years of teaching experience, I offer personalised yoga therapy to support physical, emotional, and neurological wellbeing. These one-on-one sessions are adaptive, inclusive, and body-aware—ideal for anyone seeking to reconnect with themselves, improve regulation, and move with more ease.

Hatha & Yin Yoga

I have been teaching for over a decade internationally sharing the wisdom of classical Hatha Yoga—a grounding, breath-led practice that combines movement, stillness, and mindful awareness. These sessions support posture, mobility, and strength, while helping to quiet the mind and build inner resilience.

I also offer Yin yoga, a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues and encourages stillness, rest, and release. Both approaches are gentle, accessible, and fully tailored to suit your unique needs—ideal for those navigating injury recovery, chronic stress, or seeking a steadier, more sustainable relationship with their body.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga

I bring years of experience facilitating trauma-sensitive yoga workshops, courses, and professional development for yoga teachers and mental health professionals. My work supported others in building more inclusive, body-aware practices with an emphasis on safety and choice.

Now, I focus solely on one-on-one sessions with clients, offering a calm and grounded space to explore movement at your own pace. Trauma-sensitive yoga is about reconnecting with your body—gently and respectfully—supporting emotional regulation, body autonomy, and self-trust.

This is not about performance—it’s about presence. A safe place to be, and to listen to the stories your body carries.

Yoga therapy complements other approaches like CBT by helping clients develop a sense of safety and presence through movement, breath, and mindful awareness.
